What You'll Be Doing Supervising active, playful dogs in a safe pack environment Ensuring the happiness, health, and well-being of every pup Maintaining a clean and organized daycare facility Engaging dogs in play and positive behavior activities Communicating with team members and pet parents Helping us create a safe, structured, and loving environment This is a high-energy, hands-on position . You'll be on your feet, you'll get dirty, and you'll go home tired — but it's incredibly rewarding for the right person. We build relationships with our dogs. They're our regulars, our locals, and part of our extended family. ✅ Minimum Requirements Ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours Ability to lift 25 pounds without restriction Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual attendance Comfortable working days, weekends, evenings, and some holidays Commitment to safety, sanitation, and operational procedures Enthusiastic attitude with exceptional service toward both 4-legged and 2-legged clients Social media skills (posting stories & pictures) are a plus! Growth Opportunity We also have an End-of-Day Cleaning Position available: Monday-Friday | 1 PM - 5 PM, flelxible. Cleaning typically takes 2-3 hours and should be complete by 5pm. This is a great starting opportunity for students or anyone looking to get their foot in the door — with the potential to grow into a Pack Leader role!
