Kennel Technician and Doggie Daycare Attendant

Kennel Technician / Pet Care Attendant North Fort Myers, FL •Early Morning & Weekend Availability Required Paradise Paws Resort & Spa is looking for a dependable, hardworking animal lover to join our growing team! We recently took over a long-standing boarding and grooming facility that has served the community for many years. As we continue rebranding, remodeling, and expanding services, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and become part of building something special. We are not a large corporate facility — we focus on personalized care, a home-away-from-home atmosphere, and creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

Responsibilities:

Caring for boarding and daycare dogs Cleaning kennels and maintaining sanitary conditions Bathing kennel and grooming dogs when needed Checking customers and pets in and out Monitoring dog behavior and ensuring safe group play Assisting groomers and kennel staff sometimes bathing dogs as needed Providing excellent customer service Helping maintain a clean, organized, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

Must be available for early morning shifts and weekends Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Reliable transportation is required Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Must be dependable, punctual, and motivated Team player with strong communication skills Must be drug free

Preferred Experience:

Experience in kennels, daycare, boarding, grooming, or veterinary settings is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and genuine love for animals.
