Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dog Handler and Front Desk Receptionist. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing playgroups for dogs weighing under 20lbs while also receiving cross-training to effectively manage front desk operations. An essential component of both positions is the commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our canine guests.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Dog Handling:
  • Manage and supervise playgroups for dogs weighing under 20lbs.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all dogs in our care.
  • Implement and enforce established playgroup guidelines.
  • Front Desk Reception:
  • Greet clients, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Cleaning Duties:
  • Execute heavy cleaning duties to uphold the cleanliness standards of our facility.
  • Prioritize maintaining a pristine environment for both dogs and clients.
  • Shift Schedule:
  • Work on a rotating weekly schedule, including early morning, mid-day, late-night, and overnight shifts.
  • Overnight shifts include a full night's sleep to ensure staff well-being.
  • Be prepared for a varied mix of shifts each week.
  • Availability:
  • Ideal candidates should have open availability to accommodate the rotating schedule.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is mandatory due to increased business during these times.
