Dogtopia of South Elgin is hiring Part-Time Canine Coaches to join our award-winning daycare team. This position is ideal for students attending Elgin Community College, Judson University, or other local colleges looking for approximately 15-25 hours per week. We are looking for team members interested in a long-term, year-round position. This is not a summer or seasonal job . We invest significant time training our team members and are seeking candidates who want to grow with us throughout the school year and beyond. As a Canine Coach, you'll supervise playgroups, interact with dogs throughout the day, maintain a clean and safe environment, and help create the Most Exciting Day Ever for every dog in our care. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with a raise upon successful completion of training, usually within one week. Additional raises and bonus opportunities are available as you advance your skills and responsibilities. We believe in promoting from within, and many of our leaders started as Canine Coaches. No professional dog experience is required. We provide training in dog body language, playroom management, safety procedures, and customer service. Why Work at Dogtopia?
