Job Description
We are a well-established dog daycare celebrating our 31st year in business. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated dog lovers to join our team in the following role: Kennel Staff / Driver In this role, you'll quickly make many new canine friends—our dogs are always excited to see familiar faces! You will be responsible for safely picking up dogs and transporting them to and from our park-like daycare facility. Our daycare is located on an 8-acre property and features a fully fenced, 20,000-square-foot play area where dogs can run and socialize. During inclement weather, activities take place inside our heated and air-conditioned kennel building. While at the daycare, you will: Supervise dogs during play to ensure a safe and positive environment Maintain cleanliness and safety of both indoor and outdoor spaces Monitor behavior and intervene when necessary to promote appropriate interactions Support a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every dog We carefully evaluate each dog prior to enrollment to ensure they are a good fit for our environment and group play setting. As part of the team, you will also assist with daily operations, including cleaning crates, preparing and serving meals, and providing attentive care and interaction with the dogs. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility is a shared responsibility. Training will be provided to ensure all tasks are completed to our standards.
