HourDry Carpet Care is looking for a seasoned Floor Care Trainer to join our team in Arnold. We aren't just looking for someone who can run a machine; we need an expert who can teach the "why" and "how" behind every service we offer. If you have deep technical knowledge and a knack for coaching others, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing As our lead trainer, you will be the go-to expert for our field technicians. You'll be responsible for hands-on training, safety demonstrations, and quality control across multiple service lines:

VCT Mastery:

Comprehensive training on stripping and waxing to achieve that perfect, high-gloss finish.

Carpet Care Excellence:

Specialized instruction in dry extraction and low-moisture cleaning techniques.

Hard Surface Scrubbing:

Proper operation of auto-scrubbers and rotary machines on tile, grout, and stone.

Equipment & Chemical Safety:

Teaching the "science" of floor care, including proper dilution ratios and machine maintenance.

Who You Are A Floor Pro:

You have extensive, hands-on experience with a wide variety of floor types and industrial equipment.

A Natural Teacher:

You can break down complex tasks into simple steps for new hires.

Reliable & Flexible:

Our work happens when our clients aren't there. We need someone with a flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend training sessions.
