Duties Take dogs on engaging walks, ensuring proper leash handling and safety protocols are followed Provide attentive pet sitting services, including feeding, administering medications, and maintaining routines Monitor pets' behavior and health during visits, recognizing signs of distress or illness Maintain detailed records of pet activities, behaviors, and any health concerns observed Skills Strong animal handling skills with experience in dog training and pet sitting Knowledge of veterinary procedures and veterinary technician or assistant experience is a plus Ability to perform animal restraint safely and effectively Experience with dog handling techniques to ensure calmness and safety during walks or interactions Excellent customer service skills to communicate confidently with pet owners Physical stamina for heavy lifting when necessary (e.g., assisting larger dogs or equipment) Familiarity with animal care best practices, kennel experience, and pet grooming techniques Embark on a fulfilling journey caring for animals while building meaningful relationships with pets and their owners.
