We're looking for a motivated professional to join our team and step into an established, highly successful training program.
Position Details:
Full-Time Position Compensation:
$50,000-$75,000+ (performance-based, driven by sales)

Role:
This is a unique opportunity to take over for a respected, 5-star rated trainer with an established client base and proven program. You'll work hands-on with dogs and their owners, helping create lasting results through balanced training methods.
What You'll Do:
Train dogs using balanced training techniques Work directly with clients—teaching them how to effectively handle and communicate with their dogs Confidently present and sell your training services to prospective clients Assist with training and behavior work within our dog daycare program Help maintain a positive, respectful environment for clients, dogs, and team members
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a balanced dog trainer Strong communication and people skills—you must be comfortable educating and guiding clients Ability to build trust and demonstrate value in your services Respectful, professional attitude Willingness to learn, grow, and take on a leadership role Team player who can also work independently How to
