Doggy Daycare Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and caring Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our canine guests. Your role will involve interacting with dogs, assisting with their daily needs, and ensuring their overall well-being. Duties Provide daily care and supervision for dogs, including feeding, walking, and playtime Monitor the health and behavior of the dogs, reporting any concerns to management Maintain a clean and organized kennel environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols Participate in dog restraint techniques to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of both dogs and staff Requirements Experience working with dogs in a daycare or kennel setting preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds and engage in physical activity throughout the day Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of dog behavior and body language Experience with animal care techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Reliable and punctual with a commitment to attendance and punctuality Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of dogs while gaining valuable experience and skills in the animal care industry.
