We are now hiring Part-Time Dog Daycare Counselors at our Morristown facility. This is a year-round position — not a seasonal role. Schedule:

This is a year-round, part-time position averaging 25-29 hours per week. Shift lengths are determined by business needs and operational scheduling. Candidates must be available to start shifts between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM on weekdays. Some weekend and holiday availability is also required.

Pay:

Starting rate is $16.00-$17.00/hour based on prior professional pet care experience. What You'll Be Doing Supervise and engage in playful group and individual activities for dogs of various breeds and sizes. Monitor dog behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Assist in crafting unique dog enrichment plans. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all pet and work areas. Provide daily updates to pet parents, fostering strong relationships. What We're Looking For:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must love and be able to confidently handle dogs of all breeds and sizes; from the teacup type to the 'are you sure that's not a horse?' and everything in between A basic understanding of dog behavior and body language Prior experience in dog daycare or boarding facility (preferred, but not required) Ability to read and write in English (for documentation, communication, and safety procedures) Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Availability for weekend and holiday shifts (essential as we care for dogs 365 days a year!). Ready to join our team? Apply today!
