Full Job Description About Real World Canine:

We are rapidly growing and expanding our services to create the ultimate environment for dogs to thrive. From day camp and boarding to training, we provide enrichment, therapy, and expert care to improve each dog's confidence, health, and happiness.

Position Overview:

We are seeking Boarding Technicians who are motivated, reliable, and passionate about canine welfare. This is a hands-on role requiring energy, dedication, and a willingness to get your hands dirty to maintain the safest, cleanest, and most fun environment for our four-legged guests. There are multiple career paths for successful candidates, with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise dogs during play and enrichment activities Recognize and respond to canine behavior, providing appropriate interventions Maintain clean and safe indoor and outdoor areas, including feeding and sanitation Communicate effectively with team members about dog health and behavior Provide compassionate, attentive care to every dog

Ideal Candidate Skills:

Knowledge of dog behavior and handling preferred Dog daycare, boarding, or kennel experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable with cleaning and facility maintenance Passion for helping dogs live happy, healthy lives

Schedule:

Our Boarding Tech schedule is 6:30pm-6:30am, switching 4 days on and 3 days off with other Technician.
