Responsibilities Take dogs on engaging walks tailored to their energy levels and needs, ensuring safety and enjoyment during each outing Provide attentive pet sitting services, including feeding, administering medication if needed, and maintaining a clean home environment Handle animals with care using proper restraint techniques to ensure safety for both pets and yourself Monitor pet behavior closely, recognizing signs of distress or illness, and communicate any concerns to pet owners or veterinary professionals when necessary Maintain detailed records of each pet's activities, health updates, and special instructions for owners Qualifications Prior experience in dog training, animal handling, or pet sitting is highly recommended Knowledge of veterinary procedures or veterinary technician/assistant experience is a strong plus Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary for supplies or equipment Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Experience working with diverse animals including dogs, cats, or even equine is preferred A genuine love for animals combined with a responsible attitude towards their safety and well-being Join us on a rewarding journey caring for pets in a lively environment that values your enthusiasm and expertise.
