Duties Design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to individual dogs' needs, focusing on obedience, socialization, and behavioral modification Assess dogs' temperament, health, and training progress to customize training plans effectively Provide guidance to pet owners on at-home training techniques, pet care routines, and behavior management strategies Assist with animal handling in various settings, including kennels, grooming areas, and veterinary clinics when needed Support pet care activities such as feeding, grooming, and light veterinary assistance under supervision Maintain detailed records of training sessions, progress notes, and behavioral observations for each dog Reliable transportation is required, as you will be commuting to the clients location. Skills Skilled in animal handling, restraint techniques, and pet care procedures Ability to manage large or energetic dogs during training sessions Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Passion for animal welfare combined with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning in pet behavior and care Must be punctual, and have great time management skills.
