Advanced Horse Experienced Handler and Other Farm Animals 25 Moores Dr, Edgefield, SC 29824 $20

- Full-time Looking for a confident, capable horse person who understands that trained animals stay trained with consistent, correct handling. What you'll be doing:
- Working with Arabian horses o Groundwork, riding, grooming o Maintaining and reinforcing training
- Handling donkeys o Halter work, tying, grooming, trailering o Keeping manners consistent
- Caring for 3 Great Pyrenees (grooming & general care, basic ground manners)
- Helping with other farm animals as needed: o Goats, sheep, cattle, chickens & other fowl What we're looking for:
- Must know how to safely and confidently handle horses
- Excellent horse experience
REQUIRED.
- Someone who understands how to work animals properly
- horsemanship practices
- kindness.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to step in where needed
- Clean, neat and organized
- Someone who doesn't walk over that piece of trash but picks it up instead of leaving it for the next person.
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors
- you will be your own boss. You must be able to prioritize your time to get everything done efficiently.
- We have a laborer that cleans and feeds
- you will not be doing those chores, you will be handling the animals and ensuring their welfare and happiness.

- 25 Moores Drive, Edgefield, SC
- Part-time OR Full-time available
- $20
- 25/hr, pay increases based on experience, work ethic, and ability (If you know how to do basic hoof trims or actual training the pay will increase substantially.) We do have an efficiency apartment on the property if you are looking for living quarters. It rents for $800/month including power, water, internet. This does require full-time employment to rent.

- This could be a very good opportunity for the right person. It could be your career, life on a beautiful 300 acre ranch, your own horses in the back yard with you! If you're dependable, have real horse experience, and take pride in good animal handling, this could be a great fit. If you do not have horse experience do not reply to the ad. The #1 requirement is real horse experience.
