Reporting to the Director of Animal Behavior and Humane Education, the Animal Care & Adoptions Manager is a critical member of Crossroads Campus' team, ensuring ongoing delivery of the organization's core mission of service to the animals in our care and the young adults in our job training program. This role is primarily focused on program oversight and strategy — managing the end-to-end animal care process from intake through adoption/placement, overseeing veterinary care, leading program marketing, adoptions, fosters, and follow-ups, and providing leadership and direction to the Assistant Manager.
