Almost all horses on our site have been born here and have been sired by stallions who have produced at least a million dollars in reining, cutting, or stock horse events. These stallions are taken off site to be collected and there is no breeding of stallions on our site. A strong background experience with many stallions is mandatory. Familiarity with teaching a stallion to mount a dummy is helpful but not mandatory. There are no boarders nor training of outside horses on our site. Responsibilities keeping the stallions ridden putting the first rides on 4 young horses mentoring several eager to learn young adults who have worked here for at least 3 years and want to learn more about horse care and training Assisting with veterinary care by supporting veterinary technicians or veterinarians during examinations, treatments, or rehabilitation efforts Maintaining detailed records of each horse's progress, health status, and training milestones Supporting the team with heavy lifting of equipment or horses when necessary to ensure safety and efficiency Veterinary experience or background as a veterinary technician or assistant is highly desirable for collaborative health support Strong animal handling skills with an emphasis on animal restraint and safety procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
