Duties include safely letting dogs in an out of kennels for potty breaks and exercise, feeding accorinding to established schedules and dietary instructions, administering medications as directed, and maintining a clean and sanitary environment. This role also involves cleaning kennels, runs and common areas, monitoring dogs for health or behavior concerns, and ensuring all animals are comfortable, safe, and properly cared for at all times. This position is designed as a growth role. Kennel Technicians who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and safe, effective dog-handling will have the opportunity to progress into a Dog Trainer role as they prove their ability to handle dogs appropriately and follow protocols. Dog Trainer Upon transitioning to Dog Trainer, the company will provide training, and compensation will increase as responsibilities expand, with the potential for commission based on performance and sales. Qualifications Strong animal handling and care skills Passion for pet care and training Excellent customer service skills Willingness to learn dog training techniques Experience in kennel operations a plus Physical capability for heavy lifting and active work with animals Please note that if you can't find a way to get to work on time, every time, don't apply. Pay:
