Assisted stretching helps people improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. We are looking for an outgoing, yet humble individual that is enthusiastic about helping people feel great! Sound like you? Then we should talk! We are looking for a part-time employee who wants to advance with our fast-growing brand. Living Well Chiropractic is seeking a personal trainer, physical therapy assistant, or a fitness instructor experienced with hands-on body work to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is rapidly growing in the wellness industry.

Requirements:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions. Build and retain current patients/clients Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques Documentation of patients/clients' progress records for insurance purposes Provide patients/clients with home exercise program based on assessment Qualifications (one or more of the following required): Certified Personal Trainer Physical Therapy Assistant Exercise Science or Kinesiology degree (or pursuing) Must have working knowledge of A&P/Biomechanics Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people and ages Superior communication skills and exudes empathy Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals Reliable, professional, and coachable Must be available to go through our Training Program which includes online training tutorials and 3 days of guided training with our current Stretch therapists. Must be willing to participate in social media marketing and/or self-promotion Must be willing to participate in ongoing training and professional development Must be willing to do outside events for marketing purposes i.e. 5k races, booth/vendor set ups, college campus events
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
