Job Description

TailWaggers Doggy Daycare Neenah is seeking Full-Time and/or Part-Time Pack Leaders to join our team. We are looking to fill a variety of shifts.
What We Offer:
Paid training, including professional certification courses focused on dog behavior, body language, and safe group play management Time-and-a-half pay on Sundays (short shifts) A fast-paced, hands-on work environment for animal lovers
Schedule Details:
Primary shifts: 5:45am-2:00pm and 1:50pm-9:00pm We are able to work around school schedules Weekends and holidays are required Flexibility with scheduling is a must
Pack Leader Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage group dog play to ensure the safety of the pack Work outdoors daily in all weather conditions Remain on your feet for the duration of your shift Clean up after dogs throughout the day and maintain clean play areas Power wash play yards in the evening to prepare for the next day Actively observe dog behavior and intervene appropriately when needed
Experience:
Previous experience working with dogs is recommended but not required A willingness to learn, stay active, and work as part of a team is essential If you're dependable, energetic, and passionate about working with dogs in a structured, safety-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
