Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reiki Master Practitioner who loves horses to join our holistic wellness team. In this role, you will serve as a highly skilled energy healer, guiding clients through transformative Reiki sessions that promote relaxation, balance, and healing. Your expertise will help clients achieve emotional clarity, physical well-being, and spiritual growth. As a Reiki Master Practitioner, you will create a calming environment that fosters trust and openness, ensuring each client receives personalized care rooted in compassion and professionalism while in the presence of horses. Duties Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual energy needs and health backgrounds Perform Reiki sessions using advanced techniques to channel healing energy effectively Educate clients on the principles of Reiki and self-care practices to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback and progress notes Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to develop integrated treatment plans when appropriate Ensure a safe, clean, and tranquil environment conducive to relaxation and healing Stay current with industry best practices, certifications, and emerging holistic therapies to enhance service quality Requirements Certified Reiki Master with proven experience in energy healing practices Strong knowledge of human anatomy and energy pathways (meridians/chakras) Experience working in a med spa or holistic wellness setting preferred Skilled in patient assessment techniques to tailor treatments effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients Passionate about promoting health, balance, and spiritual growth through natural therapies Ability to maintain professionalism while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere Join our team and help transform lives through the power of healing energy!
