Job Summary We are seeking Booth Rentals that are talented and energetic Licensed Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while providing outstanding customer service that keeps clients coming back. Your expertise in hair extensions, color theory, and various styling techniques will help clients look and feel their best. As a key member of our salon community, you will also engage in maintaining a clean, sanitized environment. This booth rental position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, and grow your career in a vibrant and supportive setting. Responsibilities Perform professional hair styling services such as cuts, blowouts, color treatments, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, with precision and creativity Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or treatments based on hair type and face shape Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies Engage customers through excellent communication skills by explaining service options, product benefits, and aftercare instructions Assist with greeting clients, checking in appointments Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license required Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and advanced techniques such as hair threading or straight razor shaves Strong knowledge of color theory to create customized color solutions for diverse client needs Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with effective communication skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism Join us to bring your passion for hairstyling to life!
