This position is designed for students and individuals looking to gain real-world experience in a professional barbershop environment while building the habits, skills, and professionalism necessary for a successful career in the industry. At Tactical Grooming, professionalism, consistency, cleanliness, and client experience are not optional. This role is an opportunity to learn the operational side of a high-standard barbershop while working alongside experienced professionals.
