as a Cosmetology & Esthetics Instructor in Mobile, AL, where your passion for beauty and education can inspire the next generation of beauty professionals. We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a creative environment and is eager to share their expertise with students.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for cosmetology and esthetics courses. Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations in techniques and industry standards. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance curriculum. Assist students in preparing for state licensure exams and job placement. Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote a positive educational experience. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
Valid cosmetology instructor license in the state of Alabama. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetology or esthetics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students in the beauty industry. Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Flexibility to adapt to various teaching methods and student needs. Professional demeanor and commitment to the success of students.
