Responsibilities Perform a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, coloring, extensions, and barbering to meet client needs. Provide nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art to ensure client satisfaction. Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable hair colors and treatments that complement each client's features. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure safety and hygiene. Upsell retail products such as hair care, skincare, and nail products to enhance client results and increase sales. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive experience. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, extensions, and barbering techniques. Skilled in nail care services such as manicures and pedicures with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals.
