In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling, grooming, and color services that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. We offer competitive commission structure. We are a brand new salon in Chandler, AZ, Opening June 1st. About Our Brand BISHOPS is a unisex hair care shop that offers cutting, coloring, and grooming services for all individuals. Responsibilities Provide haircuts, color, and styling services to clients Maintain a clean and welcoming workstation Stay current with trends, techniques, and continued education Help promote services and build a loyal client base Represent the shop's brand values with professionalism and inclusivity Requirements Licensed cosmetologist or barber (required by state law) Experience in both cutting and coloring services (Color experience not required) Passion for delivering great customer service Communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-traffic environment Ability to collaborate with a diverse team Professional and friendly demeanor Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Preferred (but not required) Familiarity with a wide range of color techniques Social media skills to help promote your work Prior experience in a salon or shop setting Join us to unleash your creativity in a lively setting where your skills make a real difference!
