Whether you're building your clientele or looking for a salon to grow your career, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Create customized haircuts, color, blonding, balayage, glossing, and styling services tailored to each guest. Deliver exceptional consultations and build lasting relationships through outstanding guest care. Recommend professional home care and styling products that support each guest's goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace. Collaborate with a positive team that celebrates each other's success. Participate in ongoing education, mentorship, and team training. Utilize Vagaro to manage appointments, guest notes, and service recommendations. What We're Looking For Active Arizona Cosmetology License. A passion for beautiful hair and exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and consultation skills. A positive attitude with a desire to continue learning and growing. Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. A team player who values kindness, collaboration, and integrity. Bonus Qualifications Experience with lived-in color, blonding, balayage, or extensions. Comfort creating social media content or photographing your work.
