Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, extensions, and special occasion styles with precision and flair. Apply hair extensions using various techniques to enhance clients' volume and length. Conduct eyelash extensions, eyebrow threading, and makeup applications to complete clients' looks. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring all salon protocols are followed. Use salon software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process payments efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering expert advice on hair care products, retail items, and styling options. Upsell retail products like hair care essentials, nail care items, and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing walk-ins with professionalism. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques and customer engagement strategies. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair coloring, barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves, and new beauty treatments to ensure clients receive innovative services. Ability to perform detailed hair threading procedures for precise eyebrow shaping. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities smoothly.
