As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your styling talents, assist clients with personalized consultations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back. This role offers a dynamic work environment where your skills in hair styling, customer service, and retail sales will shine. Duties Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, hair extensions and waxing to meet client needs. Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their beauty routines and personalized advice. Manage appointment scheduling for your own business any way you want. Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols for all tools and workspaces, ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff. Keep your station and locker organized by managing inventory levels of hair products, tools, and retail items. Experience Proven experience in hair styling, including advanced techniques such as hair extensions, coloring theory, straight razor shaves etc... Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to cosmetology and barbering practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals.
