Who We're Looking For Ideally, you are experienced in both haircutting and hair color services , including long haircuts, bobs, pixie cuts, lived-in color, balayage, highlights, and gray coverage. However, our highest priority is finding an exceptional haircutting artist. If you are a haircut specialist with 5+ years of experience but do not currently offer color services, we would still love to meet you. We know great haircutters are difficult to find, and we are open to the right person whose passion lies in precision cutting and creating beautiful shapes. We have an established guest base and are looking for the right stylist to care for the loyal and new guests who trust our salon. Our salon consistently attracts guests seeking premium haircutting and color services, allowing our artists to focus on creating exceptional work rather than constantly chasing clientele. Artists who perform both haircutting and color services will have the opportunity to build a full clientele quickly, as many of our guests are looking for both services from the same stylist. What You'll Do Perform customized haircuts including long layers, bobs, pixie cuts, and precision haircuts Have a strong understanding of hair color, color theory, and formulation Perform highlights, balayage, gray coverage, glosses, root touch-ups, and dimensional color services Conduct thoughtful consultations and recommend personalized solutions Educate guests on maintenance, styling, and home care Recommend professional products that support each guest's goals Deliver an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout Maintain a clean and organized workstation while contributing to a positive team culture Who We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of behind-the-chair experience Exceptional haircutting skills are required Strong experience with long hair, short hair, bobs, pixie cuts, and precision cutting Hair color experience preferred, but not required for exceptional haircut specialists with 5+ years of experience Vidal Sassoon or Toni & Guy training is a significant bonus Passionate about continuing education and staying current with the latest haircutting and color trends Excellent consultation and communication skills Professional, dependable, accountable, and team-oriented Kind, positive, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people Loves collaborating and contributing to a supportive team environment Must have an Instagram page or website showcasing your portfolio What We Offer Established clientele provided Guaranteed hourly pay while building, with commission-based earning potential Healthcare contribution Life insurance Gym membership $1,000 annual education fund Paid vacation Paid sick leave
