- Castro Valley, CA Hairology Salon is a busy, high-volume salon in Castro Valley seeking an experienced Hair Stylist / Color Specialist to join our growing team. We are fully booked and provide immediate clientele , making this an ideal role for stylists who want to maximize earnings without spending months building a book. Why Join Hairology Salon? - full books quickly Established high-traffic salon environment Competitive hourly pay + 100% tips Quarterly bonus program for top performers Ongoing education and training opportunities Supportive, professional, drama-free team culture Key Responsibilities Perform haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments at a high level Deliver exceptional customer service and client experience Maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with State Board regulations Recommend and sell professional hair care products Contribute to a positive and team-oriented salon environment Qualifications Active California Cosmetology License (Required) Minimum 5+ years experience as a hairstylist Experience working in a high-volume salon preferred Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling Ability to work Saturdays (Required) Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Existing clientele is a plus, but not required (clients provided) Compensation & Benefits $25•30 per hour (DOE) + 100% tips Quarterly performance bonuses (increase earnings based on productivity & sales) Retail commission on product sales Company-paid continuing education (in-house & external) Employee discounts on professional products

Closed Monday-Friday:
10:00 AM- 7:00
PM Saturday:
