Duties Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, trims, blowouts, coloring, highlights, and special styling to meet client preferences. Apply hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client looks with precision and care. Use salon software such as

to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring a hygienic environment at all times. Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice on styles and products, and upselling retail items like hair care products and makeup. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and handling inquiries with friendly professionalism. Mentor junior staff or apprentices to foster skill development within the team while promoting store management practices. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; additional certifications in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, or makeup application are a plus. Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related beauty services with a strong portfolio of work. Knowledge of color theory and advanced haircutting techniques including straight razor shaves. Familiarity with salon management software such as
