Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends. Strong understanding of color theory and advanced hair coloring techniques. Skilled in using tools like straight razors for precise grooming services. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon setting. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for upselling products. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience in store management or mentoring is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude towards learning is essential.
