Minimum of 4 plus years behind the chair as a servicing stylist Experience in a high quality or luxury salon environment A polished and elevated Instagram portfolio Strong artistic skill with refined attention to detail Professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for clients A strong personal brand and elevated visual aesthetic Residence within a 10 mile radius of the salon Reliability, maturity, and alignment with our values A true desire to grow, elevate, and build long term success If these qualities are not clearly reflected in the application, it will not move forward.
