Full Job Description About Us:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Hair Stylist to join our team. As an independently owned Fantastic Sams franchise, we provide a welcoming, dynamic salon environment. Because we have consistent walk-in traffic, a steady flow of customers means no current clientele is required , though having an established clientele is certainly a plus!

Compensation:

Most proficient stylists make at least $27-$35 per hour when you factor in tips.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, trims, and blowouts. Provide professional chemical services, including color and highlights. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of salon practices and safety protocols. Minimum of 3 years of hair cutting experience. Excellent English communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including certain nights and at least one weekend day. The passion to build genuine connections with customers.

Pay:

$20.00 - $45.00 per hour
