Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional, professional waxing experience that aligns with European Wax Center service standards. Educate guests on proper pre- and post-wax care while recommending EWC's exclusive product lines to support skin health. Build genuine guest relationships that encourage trust and repeat visits. Collaborate with Guest Service Associates and leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain cleanliness and uphold all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with California state regulations. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and brand education to stay current on best practices and promotions. Qualifications Must hold a current California Esthetician or Cosmetology license. Professional, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor. Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping others look and feel confident. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
