Our team of talented stylists specializes in working with kids, creating fun and memorable haircuts that keep children happy and parents satisfied. We pride ourselves on every haircut and aim to provide a welcoming, friendly environment for both clients and staff. We are busy salon (no need to bring your clientele or build one!). Job Overview We are seeking energetic and skilled barbers to join our busy family salon! In this role, you will provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, styling, and grooming for clients of all ages. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence while creating a fun, friendly atmosphere for families. This paid position offers the opportunity to grow your skills, serve a diverse clientele, and be part of a dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform precise haircuts, trims, and grooming services using various barbering techniques such as straight razor work and hair styling. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to salon protocols. Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice on styles and products, and upselling retail items like hair care products or nail care services. Support front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and handling retail transactions with retail math accuracy. Experience Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with knowledge of barbering techniques including straight razor for at least 10 years. Knowledge of sanitation standards and cosmetology or barbering licensing requirements in your area.
