Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM About the Role As a Night Barber School Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of barbers. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and train aspiring barbers in both the theory and practical application of haircutting, styling, shaving, disinfection, and more. Responsibilities Teaching barbering theory classes and ensuring students have a strong foundational understanding of industry knowledge Conducting hands-on demonstrations of cutting, shaving, and styling techniques to ensure student comprehension and proficiency Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students continuously refine their craft Developing and updating curriculum content to reflect current industry trends and best practices Maintaining a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment for all students Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed barber Valid California barbering license Ability to confidently teach both theory and practical barbering curriculum Prior instructor experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $26-$34/hour , depending on experience Evening schedule — ideal for barbers who want to keep their daytime clientele Opportunity to work with a diverse group of motivated, driven students Build and enhance your teaching, leadership, and mentorship skills How to Apply If you're ready to invest in the next generation of barbers, we'd love to hear from you.
