In this multifaceted role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling, barbering, skincare, and eyebrow threading services that leave clients feeling confident and radiant. Your energetic approach and dedication to customer satisfaction will help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients return time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills across a variety of beauty treatments while contributing to a positive client experience. Responsibilities Perform professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and barbering services tailored to each client's preferences. Deliver expert eyebrow threading services with precision to enhance clients' natural beauty. Provide a range of esthetic treatments including body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Conduct esthetic laser treatments and other advanced skincare procedures to meet individual client needs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering strictly to health regulations. Utilize salon software such as
MINDBODY
for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking. Offer personalized product recommendations and retail sales support to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist / Barber with a strong portfolio of haircutting and styling skills. Certified Esthetician with training in skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and laser procedures. Skilled in eyebrow threading with a keen eye for detail and symmetry. Knowledge of nail care services is a plus but not required. Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Prior experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment is advantageous.
