Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments with retail math accuracy. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing techniques in hair styling, coloring theory, or store management practices. Qualifications Proven experience in professional hair braiding with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering preferred; knowledge of sanitation standards is essential. Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services and the use of tools like straight razors for precise cuts or detailing. Strong communication skills to understand client needs clearly and provide exceptional customer service.
