  • We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylists to join our dynamic team in a vibrant salon environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair styling techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while helping clients achieve their desired looks. Your expertise in various hair treatments and styles will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' confidence and satisfaction. Duties Provide professional hair styling services, including washing, blowdrying and stylist to clients. Provide updos, braids, and extension services Deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon policies. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experiences. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education. Experience Valid California Cosmetology or Barber License (or currently in school and close to completion) Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of retail math for managing product sales is beneficial. For you to attain Bonuses!
