Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and customer interaction. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, makeup application, and nail care. Engage in upselling products and services to enhance client experience. Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license. Proficiency in hair styling techniques including straight razor cuts, hair threading, and eyelash extensions. Familiarity with salon management software such as
