  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and talented Hairstylist/Cosmetologist to join our vibrant salon team!
In this role, you will bring your passion for beauty and hair artistry to life by providing exceptional hair styling, coloring, and grooming services. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values creativity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Deliver expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and features Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client looks Must Be licensed Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Provide personalized consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and makeup application to meet client needs Assist with retail sales through upselling products such as hair care items, nail care products, and styling tools Support store management with front desk duties including appointment bookings and client check-ins while delivering outstanding customer service Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration Experience Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with knowledge of current trends and techniques in hair styling and coloring Strong understanding of color theory to create customized color solutions for clients Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to cosmetology and barbering standards Ability to perform precise grooming techniques including straight razor shaves when applicable Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and provide exceptional customer service Experience in retail sales techniques such as upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities Join us if you're passionate about transforming clients' looks with creativity and professionalism!
