Skilled Hairstylist / Barber Shear Delight Barbershop - Long Beach, CA Are you a talented stylist looking for a high-energy environment with a steady flow of clients? Shear Delight Barbershop is looking for a passionate, licensed professional to join our team in Long Beach! We specialize in delivering top-tier grooming and style, and we want someone who takes pride in their craft. What We're Looking For We are seeking a versatile professional similar to our most recent elite hire—someone who can seamlessly transition between modern trends and classic techniques. Expertise in

Color:

Proficient in lived-in color, blonding, balayage, and dimensional brunettes.

Precision Cutting:

Mastery in both Men's cuts (clippers and scissor-over-comb) and Women's haircuts (long layers to short precision styles).

Consultation Kings/Queens:

Ability to listen to a client's needs and provide expert recommendations for hair and scalp health. Requirements Valid California Cosmetology or Barbering License (Required). Proven experience in a fast-paced salon or barbershop environment.

Availability:
