This position is specifically for an experienced hairstylist with a minimum of 3 years of behind-the-chair salon experience. What You'll Do Conduct professional consultations and create customized plans for each guest Perform precision haircuts, color services, balayage, highlights, styling, and treatments Deliver exceptional guest experiences with every appointment Build long-term guest relationships and encourage loyalty Recommend professional home care and retail products Stay current with industry trends and Aveda education Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive salon culture Help create memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of behind-the-chair salon experience Valid California Cosmetology License Strong skills in haircutting, coloring, highlighting, balayage, and styling Proven ability to build and maintain guest relationships Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Passion for continued education and personal growth Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Aveda experience is a plus, but not required About Therapy Salon Therapy Salon is an award-winning Aveda Concept Salon located in the heart of Los Altos.
