We create beautiful, wearable haircuts and color services designed to complement natural texture and movement — hair that lives easily and grows out gracefully. Founded by hairstylist Allison Lawsen to bring this kind of salon experience to life — where skill meets warmth, and every guest feels seen. We are looking for an experienced hairstylist / colorist (at least 2 years experience) with established Westside clientele.
MUST HAVE CURRENT CALIFORNIA COSMETOLOGY LICENSE
Responsibilities Perform expert haircuts, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Maintain sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to clients' needs, offering professional recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Upsell retail products including hair care, styling tools, makeup, nail care items, and accessories to enhance client results and salon revenue Mentor junior team members when needed and contribute positively to the store management team by supporting daily operations
