  • Full time or Part time D&O salon located in mill valley, is currently on the search for fresh talent to join our team.

We are a full service hair salon that also offers opportunities to further expand their education. The Ideal candidate for the position is Dependable Approachable Professional Has strong multitasking skills Detail oriented Strong interest in the fashion and beauty industry Responsibilities Provide consistent and professional services, while following proper standards as directed by the state of barbering and cosmetology Must posses complete knowledge of all services and products Maintain a clean, neat and organized environment Actively promotes add on services and retail as well as programs and promotions Regularly attend/ participate and support ongoing training to continue to be knowledgeable about current trends. Strong accountability for retail sales and promotions Basic Qualifications Must currently hold and maintain a State Board of Cosmetology license (within the state of California) Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent client service skills
  • Excellent communication skills as well as listening skills
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Must possess the ability to diffuse difficult situations with fact and efficiency
  • Proactive in anticipating clients needs Availability requirements Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends.
This opportunity is full time and part time. Full-time requires full availability for any shift, a minimum of five days per week, including evenings.
