We're a very busy, fully booked salon with an amazing client base, and we're looking for stylists who are confident, passionate, and ready to build or grow their clientele with us.

What You'll Do:

As a Drybar Stylist , you'll deliver blowouts, curls, waves, braids, and updos from our signature Look Book, tailored to each guest. You'll help people feel beautiful—and have fun doing it. We want people who bring great energy, team spirit, and a strong work ethic. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro, we're here to support you every step of the way.

A current and valid CA cosmetology license (or a student close to graduating!) Responsibilities:

As a stylist at Drybar Montecito, you'll do more than just great hair—you'll help create an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

This includes:

Greeting and welcoming each guest with warmth and professionalism Providing outstanding customer service throughout their visit Delivering consistent, high-quality blowouts and styling services Recommending and selling hair care products that suit each client's needs Keeping the salon clean, organized, and stocked Managing your time effectively to keep the day running smoothly We work as a team, support each other, and make every effort to ensure clients walk out feeling confident and cared for.
