Job Description

We're growing — and we want the right person, not just any person. Ivanna's Hair Salon is a boutique neighborhood salon in Mountain View where the clients are loyal, the team is genuinely close-knit, and the vibe is warm and creative — not corporate. We're looking for a licensed stylist who takes their craft seriously and actually enjoys coming to work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cut, color, and highlight across a range of techniques — and do it well Consult with clients to understand their vision and build real relationships Keep your station clean, your energy positive, and your standards high
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of professional salon experience Valid California cosmetology license Strong technical foundation in cutting and color Someone warm, reliable, and genuinely passionate about the craft
TWO PATHS, ONE GREAT TEAM
We offer flexible arrangements depending on where you are: Hourly employed position — great if you're building your clientele and want stability and support Commission-based — ideal if you're coming in with an established book and ready to run Not sure which fits?
