Responsibilities Provide luxury head spa and scalp treatment services with professionalism and attention to detail Create a welcoming, elevated, and personalized experience for every client Build strong client relationships through excellent hospitality and communication Educate clients on scalp health, wellness, and recommended treatment plans Confidently recommend and sell spa packages, memberships, retail products, and upgraded services based on client needs Cater to clients in a polished and luxury-focused manner, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the visit Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas Assist with client check-ins, appointment flow, and overall guest experience when needed Work collaboratively with the team to uphold the spa's luxury service standards Qualifications Experience in spa, salon, beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred Strong customer service and sales skills Passion for luxury client care and wellness experiences Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced but relaxing spa environment Weekend and flexible availability preferred Cosmetology or esthetician license is a must (if applicable) Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is warm, polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional luxury service.
