Duties Deliver comprehensive beauty services including hair styling, coloring, extensions, nail care, makeup application, waxing, threading, and facial treatments. Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, and body waxing with precision and safety. Manage appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or

to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow. Engage with clients through excellent customer service by understanding their needs, offering product demos, upselling retail products, and providing tailored recommendations. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workspaces in compliance with health regulations. Utilize social media management skills to promote services, showcase client transformations through before-and-after photos, and build a strong online presence. Assist at the front desk with guest services such as check-ins, product sales, appointment confirmations, and answering client inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere. Stay current with industry trends in color theory, hair techniques like straight razor shaving or hair threading, and new treatments to continually elevate service quality. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or certification recognized by state licensing boards; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or tattooing are a plus. Proven experience in hair styling, coloring (including highlights), extensions, nail care (manicures/pedicures), makeup application, and skincare treatments. Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or

for scheduling and client management. Strong management skills to handle retail sales effectively while upselling products confidently. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients professionally and empathetically. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Experience with advanced aesthetic procedures like dermal fillers or Botox injections (med spa experience preferred). Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, deep tissue massage techniques or other specialized services as needed.
